Charah, Inc — LG&E Pelletizer Operation

AES was brought on board with Charah to help with the design/build of a prototype Pelletizer Plant. This project was a $13 million public-private partnership to make Louisville the home of a new, one-of-a-kind agricultural product development facility at the Mill Creek Generating Station. LG&E and KU and Charah, Inc., reiterated their commitment to innovative and beneficial use of coal combustion byproducts.
