Scope: AES was honored to be involved with Multiple Phases of Taylor Regional Hospital Expansion. The combined expansion was in excess of $40 million dollars. Phase one consisted of a new ICU, CCU and ER facilities. A new wing was built out of ground and phased into the existing hospital. A new 3000 amp service was installed along with a backup generator for the new additions. Phase two consisted of the fiber optics and communications, door access and security systems, child abduction security systems all of which had to be integrated into the existing facility. Part of Phase provided the build out of an MRI, X-Ray and CT Scan Room along with a new 50,000 FT2 Ancillary Service Building.
In addition to the work AES completed in 2006, AES also installed the building automation for the 48,664 square foot surgical center addition to the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville Kentucky in 2011.
